About CrowScout

A demand intelligence workspace built around evidence.

CrowScout helps founder-led teams find people who are asking for tools, comparing alternatives, describing active pain, or researching a workflow on Reddit. It explains why each conversation matters and keeps the decision to act with the user.

The problem we chose

Real demand is public, but difficult to work with.

Reddit contains specific, contextual market demand. People explain what is broken, what they have tried, what they are comparing, and what they need next. Finding those conversations manually is slow; ordinary keyword alerts replace that work with noise.

A team then has to understand the product, invent searches, read every result, judge intent, draft a reply, track what happened, and turn repeated language into market learning. CrowScout exists to make that sequence coherent and durable.

The operating model

From product context to a human decision.

The system automates collection and analysis. It does not automate the user's judgment or identity.

  1. 01

    Understand the product

Build a reviewable profile from the offering type and one public homepage.

  2. 02

    Discover conversations

Generate focused queries and collect relevant public Reddit posts through durable jobs.

  3. 03

    Qualify with evidence

Score fit, intent, urgency, research value, and conversation space while retaining the source text.

  4. 04

    Support the decision

Route leads for review and prepare editable reply or direct-message drafts when requested.

  5. 05

    Learn from the market

Turn repeated objections, comparisons, and pain into product and positioning intelligence.

Product principles

What remains true as the product grows.

01 / Evidence

Source before summary

A score or AI explanation must remain traceable to the public conversation that supports it.

02 / Reliability

Long-running work survives

Collection, imports, scoring, and drafts persist beyond a browser tab, refresh, or process restart.

03 / Control

The user owns the action

CrowScout can recommend and draft. The user decides whether, when, and how to participate.

04 / Intelligence

Individual leads should compound

Useful conversations should eventually improve how a team understands buyers, competitors, and its own market.

Who it serves

A deliberate fit.

CrowScout is for

Founder-led SaaS teams, product marketers, researchers, and focused agencies that value signal quality, brand reputation, and human control.

CrowScout is not for

High-volume outreach operations, teams seeking undetectable automation, or markets where buyers do not discuss meaningful problems publicly on Reddit.

Current state

Built in layers, described honestly.

CrowScout is in development. Current capabilities and target-state work are kept separate so a roadmap is not mistaken for evidence.

Available foundation

Four-step setup, bounded website analysis, versioned profiles and keywords, Reddit discovery, deduplication, evidence-backed scoring, lead routing, review queues, and on-demand drafts.

Being developed

Feedback calibration, stronger collaboration, market-intelligence clusters, result tracking, notification integration, and a more continuous workspace.

Requires separate validation

A unified Reddit inbox, account connections, and measured Google or AI visibility need dedicated data, policy, and risk work before becoming product claims.

Product boundaries

What CrowScout does not claim.

  • CrowScout does not currently publish Reddit comments or send direct messages on the user's behalf.
  • CrowScout does not guarantee lead volume, reply rates, revenue, Google rankings, or AI citations.
  • CrowScout is not positioned as ban-proof automation and does not design around evading platform enforcement.
  • CrowScout does not allow summaries, clusters, or AI scores to replace the original evidence.
